It failed recently - a week before Christmas. The local service center didn't stock parts. It had to be ordered from a Miele facility in New Jersey, and they were unwilling to use any expedited shipping. The upshot was we had to go through Christmas with no dishwasher. I will never purchase another Miele product. |
